Short wait time to be taken back. Fatima was really nice, very good listener, soothing. Dr.Agarwal has a great bedside manner, knowledgeable, listens and explains well and doesn’t hurt you while examining. Dr. Agarwal is one of the best doctors I’ve been to and one of the tops for GYN. This type of appointment can be very stressful and she makes you feel comfortable and at ease.
Dr. Agarwal took her time and really got to know me and my medical history. She was kind, thorough, and a good listener. I was especially impressed by how she had clearly reviewed my prior records before coming in to see me. She provided excellent supportive counseling and answered most of my questions before I even asked them. This was my first OB visit, and I'm relieved to know I will be getting excellent care during this pregnancy.
Dr. Spector is thorough, caring and provides helpful solutions. The only reason I was not satisfied had to do with the staff at front desk and the nurse. Front desk: i had to leave my license and insurance card in their hands while i was with doctor. I was told to come and retrieve at the end but feel they should hace come to me. When i was checking out, they would have let me leave without returning id. (Thankfully I remembered) Nurse: i asked her to look up where i had my blood work in prior years and she said she would but never did. I explained several times the imporstnce of lab being sble to compare prior years and that i wanted to go to same place but she kept promoting their lab. (Which ended up being same lab that i had been going to) the point is she wasnt really listening to me and she didnt do what i asked. Lastly, they never asked for a urine sample. Im assuming that was not needed?
Timing was great. Nurse was great and the NP was the best! Polite, educated and kind.
